Controls

Slide under the ball while it is still travelling down. Early positioning buys you a choice of contact point; late positioning gives you whatever part of the paddle happens to be there.

Attack one column

Concentrate hits on a single vertical strip of the candy wall rather than spreading them. A narrow breach opens far quicker and sets up the strongest play in Brick Out Candy.

Let some power-ups go

A pickup is worthless if collecting it costs you the ball. Take the ones dropping on your side of the screen and ignore anything that would pull you away from the return.

Get the ball above the wall

Bank off the side walls

A ball sent into a side wall returns into the brick field at an angle no direct paddle hit can produce. Brick Out Candy rewards treating the walls as a second paddle when a brick sits awkwardly high and off to one side.
